Background

Charles McNeill, as then a Brother of Holy Cross, in 1971 earned a B.A. degree in Social Studies from Santa Clara University and later completed a fifth year in education from Gonzaga University. Over this period to the present, he has taught primary, junior high, and secondary (1st-12th) in California and Washington state. His focus has been on mathematics and histories by developing an incremental format.
