This activity enhances the spirit of the book and reinforces concepts of critical reading and team dynamics. Students have to work together to find answers and accomplish a specific task. Each scavenger hunt is unique with no repetition of questions.Jamble Scramble is a fun and educational word scramble activity. The Scramble package consists of 10 individual Scrambles related to School Story. The solution is a mystery word. Each scrambled word has a clue provided and vowels are marked to help students as they unscramble the word. Key letters are marked and are placed in a letter bank to solve the mystery word. These activities can be used as enrichment for an individual student or groups of students. It also works well in large groups. An answer key and blank answer sheet are also provided.
